Americans hit the brakes on health care spending
Mon Jan 9, 2012
Two years ago my employer redid our health insurance such that the deductible went from $250/yr to $3000/yr. I cancelled it since it became (and still is) too expensive to use.
As home prices fall, more borrowers walk away
Mon Jan 9, 2012
Several years ago (before the housing market crashed), I was out of work for about a year and a half. During that time I managed to keep making my car payments to Wells Fargo. I was late a few times, but overall I kept up my payments.
11/11/11: How Friday Is Tied to the Mayan Apocalypse
Fri Nov 11, 2011

9% tax on new items, 0% tax on used will encourage people to buy used. This should have a significant effect upon jobs, shouldn't it? Instead of buying a new car, buy a used one ... from a classified ad, for example ...
Neutrinos spark wild scientific leaps
Fri Oct 7, 2011

Can U.S. legally kill a citizen overseas without due process?
Fri Sep 30, 2011
